Most of the East Shore is public land, but inaccessible by car. Sand Harbor Rentals. Paddle along the North Shore from King's Beach to Tahoe City or to Crystal Bay in Incline Village, Nevada. We do not accept same-day phone reservations, but we will help walk-up customers. You’ll also see features of the lake, such as sandy beaches, hidden coves, huge boulders, and undeveloped shoreline which may be inaccessible to a boat or jet ski. We open in May on the weekend before Memorial Day. We have two on-water locations to serve you in Tahoe City California and Sand Harbor State Park in Lake Tahoe.
