If there is a way for you to set up Stripe Connect for sending out money once you receive it, that would be something you would need to do outside of Shopify. How our payment gateway works is that once you get an order, we send you that payout directly to the bank account of your choosing. It's our recommended payment gateway and it's actually powered by Stripe, which is why in countries where this gateway is available, Stripe won't be an option.
