I have tried (dc-ch)x4, (dc-ch)x2, (dc-ch)x3 worked in the middle dc of the bottom row… nothing seems to lie straight–it either bows or buckles, and the only thing I have done (that feels messy to me) is to alternate between the x4 and x2 every few rows.
