Please choose a different combination.I have read this a few times now, and just finally have to admit I don't like it as much as The Artist's Way. I've already shared some of the exercises with a client and seen amazing results (the Affirmations + the Blurts). The exercises are just generally good practices, like keeping a journal, trying new things you've been intimidated to try, etc. The morning pages when done routinely and coupled with regular exercise enable the individual to make powerful shifts.
