The service was on point as always, best people in the world working there. My Tomahawk was under seasoned.. cooked perfect but bland ! The server was a d bag. We had a great evening and all the staff was very attentive. It took quite a while to flag down a server to assist with the steak, in fact, it was at least 10 minutes.
The service was incredible, that alone makes me want to come back, but the food was amazing as well! Butter Cake never disappoints!The tomatoes that were paired with our burrata were actually frozen. !Awesome experience missed going there due to pandemic.

So glad you were open and my friends and i could make it in for a couple nights there. Nice treat for someone who hasn’t been to this style of restaurant. One of the steaks ordered medium rare came out well done. Will we hear back? To seat us? Figured this was a precautionary procedure, but noticed that was not the case at other tables. Generally, when the food is plated the server would ask if everything is to our liking, the steak issue could have been resolved immediately and our dinner would have only been minimally interrupted. The dress code at Mastro's City Hall Steakhouse is Business Casual. Asked for the manager, got seated about 15 minutes later. Service was good and food was good. Hours & Location. The man outside that opens the door was rude. The lounge is open from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. daily. When someone showed up it was not our server but someone different and he acknowledged the steak was incorrect and would fire a new one. A truly unparalleled dining experience. The only 4-star rating I gave was on the food and that is only because I’m so bummed they don’t have their outstanding calamari on the menu any more!
The service was amazing, our waiter was very knowledgeable and kind. The food leads in quality.Always a solid choice for a great steak.I reside in CA and travelled to AZ for the holiday weekend. I would highly recommend for a super good bone in filet!Always excellent. My filet was good, not great.
