Hortonville Area School District Reopening Plan 2020-21 4 • Distancing requirements: Visitors are not permitted to enter school buildings during the academic day. This request is made through the Intra-District request process. Parents complete a form and submit to the District Office between February and April of the current school year for the upcoming school year. In May, the Administration will review class sizes and approve or deny requests. Request forms may be found under the "PARENTS" tab of the District website.If parents have questions about Intra-District Requests or Open Enrollment, please contact the District Office at (920) 779-7921.Open Enrollment is an option that parents have to send their child out of the Hortonville Area School District to another District or parents from another school district may request their child to attend the Hortonville Area School District. Hortonville High School is a high school located in Hortonville, Wisconsin.The only high school in the Hortonville Area School District, it serves students in grades 9 to 12 from the communities of Hortonville and Greenville, and portions of Center, Dale, Ellington, Grand Chute, Hortonia, and Liberty.Enrollment averages 270 in each of the four grades. The baseball team won the state title in 1987, 1997, and 1998, with the softball team winning the title in 1996 and 2000.Seniors who want to develop job skills in an area related to post-high school career goals can enroll in School Supervised Work Experience.Choral offerings include: male choir, musical, show choir, solo/ensemble, and vocal jazz.Band offerings include: jazz ensemble, marching band, pep band, pit orchestra, solo/ensemble and color guard/winter guard.
