portion of his campaign at .309…was transferred to Nashville June 26 and went 3-for-5 with two RBI in his Triple-A debut June 28 against Round Rock…hit safely in eight of his first nine games with the Sounds (12-for-30, .400)…then went 29-for-112 (.259) over his final 32 games… committed his only error of the season July 14 against Omaha…was on the disabled list from Aug. 6 to 12 with a concussion…had his overall batting average at .302 through games of Sept. 2 but he went 1-for-8 over his final two games to finish the year at .298.
