Point being I think everyone seems more outgoing in the beginning.Lmao the vast, vast majority of guys try to be cocky and funny when trying to pick up girls. Either he was putting on a show for the pod or Amber's so over the top it makes him crawl in his shell. And she took that as “I am going to ask you to marry me tomorrow.” It’s like girl listen to the words he is saying!!! He’s a big kid and someone like her would never force him to grow up. They chose all the flirty stuff from the pods to build that persona of a player with tons of girls wanting him. For him, I think not seeing the person made him more relaxed.
So that’s why its important to get past all of that crap before u can really say u know someone. Barnett seems to have dealt with it by clamming up and letting Amber do the talking for both of them, just like he did at the reunion episode. I can’t get over the fact that he said “if there were no other girls I’d marry you” as a compliment.
Both are trash. He said it himself in interviews that he actually isn’t good with women. Some people go overboard lol... but most people don’t lead with flaws.
