This is a very nice, flavoursome single malt whisky, with good balance and a lot of class. I’m a big Speyside fan so I really enjoyed the sweat honey taste and the fruity nose but I wasn’t picking up the spicy finish I thought it finished sweeter more like carmel, I’m an amature though,,,sooooo. But definetly a smooth scotch.One of my favorite everyday whiskies.
Arran is a Scotch whisky subtle and unique, coming from a special distillery based on Arran Island. Bothy harks back to the 18th and 19th centuries on the Isle of Arran when smaller casks were favoured for logistical reasons, whilst delivering gorgeous vanilla and spice flavours. Reminded me of Wheatabix, and I really like Wheatabix.The review was really close to my experience too.
