Staff friendly. We have always stayed in this hotel when we visit DC and it has never disappointed us so far. Hotel and rooms very clean and decorated nicely, also smelt amazing. Pillows werent flat or hard either.
We speak English and 43 other languages. This city is only for those who have nothing better to do and just wanna hang out at all the attractions :) Stuff are too expensive. My only issue was the heating system in our room. Very clean and friendly staff. I prefer if there was more asian things. Highly recommended!
